錢進(jìn)先生于2017年4月加入希爾頓并擔(dān)任希爾頓大中華區(qū)及蒙古總裁一職，將該職位提升為總裁是希爾頓最近幾年所實(shí)現(xiàn)的快速增長和對未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的充分認(rèn)可。他將常駐上海，負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)希爾頓在集團(tuán)內(nèi)的第二大市場（按開業(yè)和在建酒店計(jì)）持續(xù)發(fā)展，并向希爾頓亞太區(qū)區(qū)域總裁Alan Watts匯報(bào)工作。
 
錢進(jìn)先生在酒店管理方面擁有逾30年的資深工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，曾先后在中國、斐濟(jì)、馬來西亞和新加坡等地服務(wù)并在業(yè)內(nèi)享有盛譽(yù)。在加入希爾頓之前，他于喜達(dá)屋酒店集團(tuán)度過了職業(yè)生涯的大部分時(shí)光且最終出任大中華區(qū)總裁，而后他也曾擔(dān)任萬達(dá)酒店及度假村總裁。今后，錢進(jìn)先生將帶領(lǐng)希爾頓，向成為中國旅客在國內(nèi)外住宿時(shí)的首選酒店管理公司而邁進(jìn)。
錢進(jìn)先生擁有澳大利亞邦德大學(xué)（Bond University）工商管理碩士學(xué)位以及維多利亞大學(xué)（Victoria University）博士學(xué)位。

Qian Jin joined Hilton in April 2017 as the company’s first area President for Greater China and Mongolia. Bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry to this newly elevated position, Mr. Qian is responsible for leading Hilton’s continued growth and development in what is already the company’s second largest market in terms of hotels open and under development.
 
With over 30 years of hotel management experience, Mr. Qian has cultivated a strong reputation in the industry in China and Asia, having held leadership positions in China, Fiji, Malaysia and Singapore. He will now be responsible for driving Hilton’s goal of being the hospitality company of choice for Chinese travellers both domestically and overseas. Based in Shanghai, Mr. Qian serves on the regional executive committee and reports to Martin Rinck, area President of Asia Pacific, Hilton.
 
Prior to his current role, Mr. Qian served as President of Greater China at Starwood, and later as President of Wanda Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw the company’s domestic and international growth strategy.
 
Mr. Qian received an MBA from Bond University in Australia and a Ph.D. from Victoria University.
