頂賀環境設計（深圳）有限公司董事長、設計總監
       1990年畢業于中央工藝美術學院（現清華大學美術學院），翌年遠渡日本，留學著名的日本東京藝術大學院，專攻室內環境設計，1995年取得碩士學位，同年年底歸國。2000年成立頂賀環境設計（深圳）有限公司，現為公司的董事長、設計總監，兼深圳市長城家具裝飾工程有限公司設計研究院任副院長，同時，擔任清華美院、中央美院建筑學院等藝術院校“四校四導師”設計實踐指導教師。近年來，何瀟寧屢獲多項殊榮。
