十二年來，因為工作，我和孫堅先生有許多次的交流和探討，人們“傳說”中的孫堅總裁其實很隨和、講規矩和多才多藝。他是學醫的，后來在國際連鎖超市企業做得風生水起，當然，人總是在變道中成長的。現如今，大家都在“時髦”地左右跨界，然而，孫堅總裁十多年前就從連鎖商業跨界到酒店經營管理行業，而且震動不小。
2004-2006年，因海口市委書記王富玉調離海南到貴州任省委副書記，文昌市委書記謝明中被抓，我們總投資35億的“熱帶中國海岸”這個重點項目從海口挪到文昌并擱淺，當年我“比較無奈”地放下海南熱帶海岸投資公司執行董事兼總裁的重擔，被朋友鼓動到北京重操舊業“賣文為生”，投資設立國際傳媒公司并創辦《全球酒店》雜志等，許多好友和兄弟姐妹都積極給予我無私的幫助及資助，孫堅兄也不例外，那年我告別海南的“花園洋房”睡在北京辦公室打拼所謂的事業，我幾乎每天工作在十幾個小時以上。2006年的某一天，孫堅兄很誠懇地對我說:“我們企業很規范，不好意思，我這個總裁權限只能批3萬元給你，抓緊辦吧，也算是對你們的一點點支持......”后來，這錢就走了五六個簽字程序很快就到了我們北京傳媒公司帳上。錢雖然不多，但給了我們創業團隊一股“雄關漫道真如鐵”的熱血暖流，比那些個說千句漂亮話的“好事者”強上一萬倍！
2008年，我在上海創辦世界酒店聯盟、傳媒集團公司、世界酒店論壇和《世界酒店》雜志、世界酒店網等，孫堅兄依然熱心地介紹他的多位好友，以及上海的沈南鵬兄弟出來支持我的工作。他浙江朋友樓勇箭董事長那年前后支持了我幾十萬元人民幣，而且還為我們購置捐贈了一臺新款別克商務車，使我們在2008年全球經濟危機中得到了緩解并渡過了難關，我也就是在他們的精神鼓勵和資金支持下2008年底勇敢地在經濟危機中把兩位“無力回天”的大股東的股權全部收購了。當年，全球的經濟危機引發行業經濟大蕭條，我能轉戰上海灘再次“光耀登臺”，和兄弟們的熱心力挺是密不可分的，可見世道中真的“情比金堅”！
孫堅總裁2008年底曾經輕輕地講了一句:“我看什么時候我們結合下，幫幫你們”。2009年大年初二，我倆在通電話互相拜年問候時，他突然說:“軍林，我們在二月份一起搞一個論壇峰會吧”。他建議了一個日期，并說，我只能支持你們八萬元，我現在只有這個權限，我們集團安排全國的五六十位大區總經理來參會，其他的籌辦費用你們自己想辦法解決，舉辦地你定。我聽他說定的那個時間，一看日歷只有二十幾天了，而且還是在正月里，壓力不小，滿打滿算有效工作時間只有半個多月。我沒有任何猶豫，當即明確表示沒問題，開干！于是乎，我和海南特區的張會發會長找到海口市政府劉慶聲市長，找到海口市旅游局龍衛東局長（現為海口市副市長），后來，我又找到當年海航酒店集團董事長胡建華，又找到海航集團陳峰主席，并懇請海口市政府、海航集團和我們（包括“如家酒店集團”）一起共同在海口主辦“世界酒店品牌投資合作峰會”。半個多月的籌備和打拼，有來自國內外300多嘉賓的“行業峰會”居然取得了喜人的成功，而且還得到海口市政府的20萬補助資金和多方面的大力支持，也得到了當年國家旅游局吳文學副局長、海口市政府主要領導和海航集團董事局主席陳峰先生的蒞臨指導。
如果沒有孫堅兄的建議和率先支持，我們不可能在這么短的時間里使“峰會”取得了圓滿成功！他在工作中給了我許多良好的建議和指導，而且他很有耐心，思維極其敏捷。我記得，我們多次在他上海不大的辦公室中談事情和探討問題時都是白開水一杯。我倆在上海第一次見面是在上海錦江飯店，當年錦江酒店集團楊衛民總裁親自安排招待我，孫堅這位當年已經很“牛逼”的總裁自己卻“極其低調地”開了輛白色小POLO車來，更沒有帶司機和秘書。那天見了他之后，我就開始有些厭煩社會上比較普遍的“張狂和浮躁”。回首往事時我突然發覺，十幾年來，我沒有給孫堅兄送過一分錢和一份像樣的禮物，而且幾次都是他請我吃飯，也許，這就是所謂的“君子之交”吧。2018年初，快過大年了，他上任首旅如家酒店集團后特別忙，他第一次以首旅如家酒店集團總裁身份到北京國際飯店工作的前一天給我電話說一起見個面并請我吃飯，我心生感動！但是，這次我是搶著把幾百元的小單給買了。
我和孫堅總裁有過多次的座談與交流，在他身上我學習了不少東西，比如:國際化思維，跨界創想，以及在企業管理和用人方面都學到不少。特別是在民族情懷、中國品牌打造、資本運營等等方面，他讓我感觸到了許多邊緣學識和交叉思維，從而在做人和辦企業方面也影響我逐步去“克己修為”。“靜水流深，行勝于言”，這就是孫堅兄長期以來具有的良好品質。
孫堅總裁年長于我，他有如兄長一樣總是在默默地理解和支持我。我們有時幾個月不見，時不時通個電話聊上幾分鐘。我們倆平時都天南海北的比較忙，然而，我們都在努力上進，都在努力為一個行業和自己的祖國做一點點有益的工作。
孫堅兄由國際商業連鎖企業到如家酒店集團創業到擔任首旅如家酒店集團總裁，他的這樣一個發展路徑足以證明，他為中國民族企業品牌的創立和“打磨”付出了太多心血勞作，同樣，國家對他這樣的“孫堅們”也都給予充分的肯定。人生苦短，轉眼間就是十幾年過去了，這十幾年的光榮歲月中，孫堅總裁其實為中國旅游酒店業在國際社會上“長臉”不少！目前，他還兼任如家酒店集團董事長和總裁，“如家”這個中國最大的經濟型酒店集團早就進入世界百強酒店集團前十名了！新的首旅如家酒店集團在國家主管部門和首旅集團的正確領導下，在孫堅總裁及其團隊的努力下，已然逐步邁向一個嶄新高地。
去年底，在祝賀孫堅獲任中國旅游飯店業協會副會長的電話中，我再次聽到他的言語，我們踏踏實實地把每天的事做好，堅持自我系統規劃，不要被熱鬧忽悠，本色最好。
幾句話看似簡單平常，然而，誰又能在當下的紛繁嘈雜中如此淡然和寵辱不驚呢？
讓我們再次回望一眼，孫堅就是這樣一位好總裁好朋友好兄弟……

I conducted numerous exchanges with Sun Jian in the past 12 years for work. The president of Sun Jian is actually very easy-going, well-behaved and versatile person He was a student of medicine, then later turned his attention to the chain retail trade of internationally, and he made it. Of course, people’s development need an opportunity. Nowadays,everyone is fashionably thinking about cross-border business. However, more than a decade ago, president Sun Jian has done it from the chain retail to hotel industry.
From 2004 to 2006, Wang Fuyu, Haikou party secretary, was transferred from Hainan to Guizhou as deputy secretary and Xie Mingzhong, the secretary of the Wenchang city, was arrested, resulting in slow progress of the project of “Tropical China Coast” with 3.5 billion project costs , and even led to the project is shelved. So, I had to quit the job of executive director and president of Hainan Tropical Coast Investment Company and was back in the old job to write for livings in Beijing encouraged by my friends. I established an international media company and initiated “World Hotel” magazine, etc with a lot of selfless help and support from my friends. So did Sun Jian. That year, I slept in the Beijing office not any more Hainan Garden House to work for more than ten hours a day. One day in 2006, Sun Jianxiong said to me very sincerely: “Our company is standardized, I am sorry for only giving 30,000 yuan to you, which can be counted a little support for you ...” Not a lot of money, but enough for me.
In 2008, I founded World Hotel Association, Media company, World Hotel Forum, World Hotel Magazine, and World Hotel website in Shanghai. Sun Jian enthusiastically introduced many of his friends include Shen Nanpeng to support me. Lou Yongjian, His friend supported me several hundred thousand, even donated a new Buick commercial vehicle for our business, which helped us overcome difficulties of global economic crisis of 2008. At the end of 2008, I bravely bought all the shares of the two big shareholders who were “helpless” in the economic crisis with their spiritual encouragement and financial support. I can’t made it in Shanghai without them.
At the end of 2008, President Sun Jian said : “ It’s time we join together and then I can help you.” On the second day of Chinese New Year of 2009, he suddenly said: “Junglin, we can held a forum or summit in February.”when the two of us were greeting each other on the phone. With the date he proposed and 80,000 yuan he gave, what I can do is preparation right now with about 15 days of preparation. I immediately turned to Liu Qingsheng, the mayor of Haikou, and Long Weidong (Former director of Tourism Bureau, now deputy mayor of Haikou) for seeking help with Zhang Huifa, the President of Hainan Special Economic Zone. Later, I looked for Hu Jianhua, president of HNA Hospitality Group, Chen Feng, Chairman of HNA Hospitality Group. And Haikou Municipal Government, HNA Hospitality Group (Home Inns Hotel Group) all invited to jointly host the summit of “World Hotel Brand Investment Cooperation” in Haikou with us. Over half a month of preparations and efforts, the “industry summit” with more than 300 guests from home and abroad achieved great success, and receiving 200,000 support funds and other support from the Haikou municipal government. Wu Wenxue, The deputy director of the National Tourism Administration, the main leader of the Haikou Municipal Government and Chen Feng, the chairman of HNA Hospitality Group also came and offered some guidance.
We could not have made the summit a complete success in such a short time without the advice and support of brother Sun Jian.He gave me a lot of good advice and guidance about work, and he was very patient and quick in thinking.I remember that many times we talked and discussed something in his small office in Shanghai with a glass of water.We met in Shanghai Jinjiang hotel firstly, the presiden Yang Wei-min made arrangements for us personally. Mr. Sun, a famous president is "extremely low" run a small white POLO car, even through didn't have a driver and a secretary. After seeing him that day, I began to get a little tired of "wild and impetuous" in society. Looking back, I suddenly found that, for decades, I didn't give Sun, my brother a penny and a decent gift, but he invited me to eat meal several times. Perhaps, this is the so-called "gentleman". In early 2018, almost lunar New Year, he invited me again when it is the period he took office Beijing capital tourism home inns hotel group,to be the president of home inns hotel group identity to work in Beijing international hotel, very busy. My heart was moved! This time, however, I rushed to buy a small order for several hundred yuan.
Sun Jian and I have made many discussion and the communication, I learned a lot, such as: international thinking, cross-border components, as well as in enterprise management and have learned a lot of skills about choose and employ persons. Especially in the ethnic feelings, Chinese brands, capital operation, etc, he let me touch to the brink of many knowledge and thinking, thus has affect my life and business to behave good step by step.
Sun Jian is older than me. Like an old brother, he always understands and supports me in silence. Sometimes we don't see each other for months, and sometimes we talk on the phone for a few minutes. We are both busy in our daily life. However, we are working hard to do some useful work for the industry and our own country.
Sun Jian start from international commercial chain enterprises venture to home inns hotel group as Beijing capital tourism group, home inns hotel, he's such a development path is enough to prove that, he has done a lot for China's national enterprise brand establishment and "polished" .People like Sun Jian also get recognition from country. Life is short, in these ten glorious years, Sun Jian has actually earned "a face" for China's tourism and hotel industry in the international community. At present, he is also the chairman and president of home inns group. Home inns, China's largest budget hotel group, has long been among the top 10 hotels in the world.Under the correct leadership of the competent departments of the state and the group, the new first travel hotel group, Home inns hotel group, has gradually moved to a new height with the efforts of Sun Jian and his team.
Last year, in the congratulations phone of Sun Jian was appointed China tourism hotel industry association, vice President , I heard his words once again, we are builders of do every thing well, insist on self system planning, don't be noisy, nature is the best.
A few words may seem simple and ordinary, but who can be so indifferent and spoiled in the current cacophony?
Let us look back again, Sun Jian is such a good president, good friend and good brother.
