Despise the global economy is steadily growing, the global is still in the shadow of economic crisis, the bank crunches credit, enterprise invests cautions, export trade slumps, and residents’ expenses shirk. Although every country’s government has initiated a series of diplomacy to save the economy, the crisis influence will still last for a long time.
In this paper, author analyzed the influence of the economic crisis on the hospitality industry and pointed out that after 30 years of development, China hospitality has achieved a leap in both scale and quantity. We should notice that some blindness exist behind the development. The author took the example of development of HNA, illustrated the measures of how to capture the market opportunities and build the hotel brand.
雖然目前全球的經(jīng)濟(jì)在慢慢地企穩(wěn)回升,但經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的陰霾依然籠罩著全球。銀行緊縮信貸,企業(yè)投資謹(jǐn)慎,出口貿(mào)易低迷,居民消費(fèi)萎縮。盡管各國(guó)政府都出臺(tái)了一系列政策措施挽救經(jīng)濟(jì),但危機(jī)的影響注定將持續(xù)很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間。
經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)酒店業(yè)的影響
這次危機(jī)給全球的各行各業(yè)都帶來了不小的沖擊,酒店業(yè)也不例外。中國(guó)酒店業(yè)經(jīng)過30年的發(fā)展,無論從規(guī)模還是數(shù)量上都有了飛躍式的發(fā)展。但是我們應(yīng)該看到,這樣的發(fā)展背后是有一定的盲目性。尤其在此次經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)中,中國(guó)的酒店遭受了巨大的沖擊。酒店行業(yè)屬于資金密集性行業(yè),投資回報(bào)低,再加上國(guó)內(nèi)的酒店大都屬于單體酒店,規(guī)模小、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力弱,經(jīng)歷此次經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的打擊下,經(jīng)營(yíng)十分困難,資產(chǎn)價(jià)值不斷貶低。這也正是進(jìn)行收購(gòu)和重組的好時(shí)機(jī)。
相比之下,外資品牌的酒店在中國(guó)一路高歌猛進(jìn)。外資酒店從80年代進(jìn)入中國(guó)北京、上海、廣州一線城市開始,到90年代進(jìn)入沿海發(fā)達(dá)城市和各大省會(huì)城市,再到目前全面進(jìn)入內(nèi)陸城市,形成了高、中、低檔覆蓋全國(guó)各大城市的多品牌的酒店發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。海航酒店集團(tuán)要走的就是這樣一條發(fā)展之道。
