經(jīng)研究決定，現(xiàn)正式特聘法中文化交流中心主席蔡錘彪先生擔(dān)任世界酒店聯(lián)盟常務(wù)副主席兼歐洲區(qū)主席，原副主席兼歐洲區(qū)主席安德烈先生將不再擔(dān)任此職。

蔡垂彪先生簡(jiǎn)歷祖籍廣東省潮陽(yáng)縣，1950年出生于柬埔寨。他自幼習(xí)武，精通南拳和泰拳，1970年他受聘于柬埔寨陸軍和海軍，擔(dān)任武術(shù)教練。1976年他移居法國(guó)，1983年通過(guò)考試進(jìn)入巴黎市政府工作，2000年擔(dān)任法國(guó)宗教局副局長(zhǎng)，2003-2006年擔(dān)任法國(guó)國(guó)家體育管理局主任，他曾在希拉克任巴黎市長(zhǎng)期間擔(dān)任過(guò)警衛(wèi)。目前，他任巴黎20區(qū)區(qū)政府顧問(wèn)以及法國(guó)共和黨全國(guó)多元化委員會(huì)教育、青年、體育小組主席，國(guó)際旅游聯(lián)合會(huì)執(zhí)事及亞洲大區(qū)主席，法中文化交流促進(jìn)中心主席。

After negotiation, now appoint French-Chinese Culture Communication Center Chairman Bernard SOK as WHA Standing Vice Chairman and the Chairman in European Region, which Andreas Candreva, previous Vice Chairman and Chairman in European Region will no longer serve.

Bernard SOK was born in Cambodia in 1950 with ancestral home in Chao Yang District, Guangdong. He practiced Kungfu since childhood and has a good command of Nanquan and Thai boxing. He was appointed as Martial Arts Instructor in  Cambodia army and navy in 1970. Later in 1976, he moved to France and served in paris government through civil service examinations in 1983. He was appointed as Vice Minister of Religious Affairs Administration in France in 2000 and Director of the State Sports Administration in France during 2003 and 2006. He once worked as Security Guard when Chirac was Paris mayor. Currently, he is the District Government Adviser of 20 districts in Paris, Chairman of Education, Youth and Sports Team in French Republican National Diversity Committee, Deacon of International Tourism Association and Chairman of the Asian region, Chairman of French-Chinese Culture Communication Center of International Tourism Association.
