自2016年1月1日起，海南省降真香協會、中國降真香鑒定評估中心和世界酒店聯盟進行長期全面深度合作，并在海南共同牽頭發起組建了“海南天香旅業投資有限公司”（原“海南紫藤降真香投資有限責任公司”停用），注冊資本金1000萬人民幣。在海南省和國家有關主管部門的大力支持下，經過長期醞釀和辛苦籌備，海南天香旅業投資有限公司作為海南省降真香協會和世界酒店聯盟唯一全面合作的“降真香及香文化產業”投資合作經濟實體計劃整合六至七家具有代表性的投資股東和資源性股東，并對“百香之首”——“降真香”原材料進 行了甄別、收藏和保護，并傾注了大量的人力、物力和財力。目前，海南天香旅業投資有限公司、海南降真香協會、中國降真香鑒定評估中心和世界酒店聯盟 共收存保護有估值約20余億元人民幣的降真香原材料和半成品（預計5年內將和海南黃花梨、沉香一樣有10—20倍以上的升值空間），并計劃投資建設“中國香文化博物館”、“國際香文化產業基地”和“中國香文化旅游及主題酒店”等項目。

為了更好地貫徹落實中國中央政府“中國夢”和“一帶一路”的偉大戰略；為了中國乃至世界香文化產業和中國傳統的“中國香”文化事業得到良好發展和大力弘揚，我們現在通過和國內外多方優勢資源的良好合作，把“降真香”這一“百香之首”香文化產業和事業進行實際落地，并優選有實力的投資合作伙伴一起共圖偉業，將海南天香旅業投資有限公司打造成中國香文化產業第一家全鏈條發展的大型集團股份上市企業。該公司由吳軍林、劉宏智牽頭創辦并任聯席董事長。

Hainan JZX Society, Chinese Evaluation & Identification Center for Rosewood Heart Wood and World Hotel Association have begun comprehensive and deep cooperatioon for a long-term since January 1st, 2016, and took the lead to establish Hainan Tianxiang Tourist Investment Co,. Ltd(formerly known as “Hainan Rosewood Heart Wood Investment Co., Ltd.”) in Hainan with a registered capital of 10 million yuan.

With strongly support from Hainan province and relevant competent departments and after a long-time and hard preparation, Hainan Tianxiang Tourist Investment Co,. Ltd, as the only investment cooperation economic entity of “Rosewood Heart Wood and Incense Cultural Industry” cooperated with World Hotel Association and Hainan JZX Society, has planned to integrate 6-7 representative investment shareholders and resource shareholders and has raw materials of Rossewood Heart Wood identified, collected and protected with a large amount of manpower, material and financial resources. Now, the raw materials and semi-finished products of Roosewood Heart Wood collected and protected by Hainan Tianxiang Tourist Investment Co,. Ltd, Hainan JZX Society, Chinese Evaluation & Identification Center and World Hotel Association value about 2 billion yuan, which are expected to have more than 10-20 times of upvaluation within 5 years just like Huanghuali Rosewood and eaglewood. The four groups are planning to invest for projects like “Cultural Museum for Chinese Fragrant Woods”, “International Incense Cultural Industrial Base” and “Tourist and Theme Hotels for Chinese Incense Culture”.

In order to carry out and implement the “Chinese Dream” better and to achieve “the Belt and Road Initiatives” grand strategy of Chinese government, as well as to have incense cultural industry of China and the world and Chinese traditional incense culture develop better and spread widely, we are now to actually execute the Rosewood Heart Wood industry and incense cultural industry and choose powerful investment partners to achieve our goal through favorable cooperation with superior resources within domestic and abroad, finally to help Hainan Tianxiang Tourist Investment Co,. ltd develop into the first large group enterprise developing with complete chains to be listed on exchanges among Chinese incense cultural industry.
