慕易酒莊的葡萄酒堅(jiān)持著簡(jiǎn)單的哲學(xué)，釀酒大師應(yīng)時(shí)手工采摘葡萄，經(jīng)過(guò)分揀與清洗，在最佳溫度下使用傳統(tǒng)筐式壓榨法，小心謹(jǐn)慎地壓碎葡萄。壓榨所得的葡萄汁經(jīng)過(guò)分選，裝入專(zhuān)門(mén)混有一級(jí)酵母的法國(guó)木桶，之后開(kāi)始長(zhǎng)達(dá)30個(gè)月的自然發(fā)酵過(guò)程。保留了每一顆葡萄最原始的醇香，融合了每一位釀造師最科學(xué)的工藝，讓自然藤本植物精華與時(shí)間完美的融合。

WL ESTATE Wines sponsors the 5th World Hotel Association Conference and the 10th World Hotel Forum series activities, and became the only assigned red wine sponsor of World Hotel Forum.
WL ESTATE, which is affiliated with De RUCCI, was established in 2016 with Red wine as its main product. The unique dignity and elegance of WL ESTATE’s red wine are attributed to carefully election of its producing area, and its raw material is chosen from high-quality grapes of the best wine-producing area, which covers Australia,Italy and France. Four famous chateaus of Australia choose the best grapes for WL ESTATE and then top-level brewers brew the grapes into healthy wines of high quality. The red wines of WL ESTATE were 100% imported with original packaging of Australia.
WL ESTATE Wines persists in simple philosophy. Brewers pick grapes in proper seasons and then sort them out, clean up and crush them up discreetly by using traditional pressing method with baskets at the optimum temperature. The grape juice is put into french casks with first-level yeast and then begin a long-time natural fermentation of 30 months after sorting out. WL ESTATE Wines remained the fragrance of each grape, mixed the most scientific craft of each brewer and fused the plant extract of natural vines and time together perfectly.
