因蔡垂彪在工作過程中出現重大過失，經研究決定，他不再擔任世界酒店聯盟常務副主席兼歐洲區主席，蔡垂彪所造成的經濟與法律責任由其本人承擔。自本《通告》發布之日起生效。

Announcement: Bernard Sok will not take any position in WHA

Based on study, it is decided that Bernard Sok will not take the position - Standing Vice Chairman and Chairman in European Region of World Hotel Association due to the serious fault in his work. In future, any economic loss or legal responsibility resulted from Bernard Sok will be borne by himself. This Announcement will take effect since its release.
