前不久，世界酒店聯盟主席吳軍林一行在海南休假和考察期間，同海南省當地政府有關領導，以及有關投資開發企業負責人進行了深入會談和實地考察調研，結合國家對文旅產業高度重視的政策，以及落實先前世界酒店聯盟和海口市人民政府簽署的《框架合作協議》原則內容，世界酒店聯盟正式和海南博亞天下農業投資有限公司簽署《合作協議》，并以品牌資源、無形資產和運營管理等入股，該《合作協議》的簽署得到了海口市地政方府的高度認同和大力支持。
一、共同和當地政府投資打造具有國際標準和特色生態的“文旅綜合體”項目；
二、項目主要內容包括：國際生態康養基地、海島文化小鎮、國際教育學院、“海上絲綢之路”文化示范區、世界酒店聯盟中國總部基地、世界酒店論壇永久會址、中國香島文化博物館、島嶼特色酒店群及“瓊州海峽國際花園度假示范區”等；
三、項目總占地面積約4500畝，項目總投資80億左右，分三至四期期建設，力爭成為國家文化和旅游部、海南省人民政府重點扶持項目，并致力打造成國家級、國際性具有典型性“文旅綜合體”項目；
四、項目投資公司將聯手國內外專業大型企業集團共同投資運作，并適時組建“博亞天下投資集團”；
五、該項目已于2017年底啟動了前期工作；
六、海南博亞天下農業投資有限公司由蕭航任董事長、吳軍林任副董事長兼總裁、黃朝軍任董事、副總裁。
Our Love of Hainan:World Hotel Association and Hainan Boya World Investment Company Work Together to Create a Project of “International Bio-cultural Feature Tourism Complex”
Recently, the president of world hotel association, Wu Junlin and his party, held in depth talks with relevant leaders of the local government of Hainan Province and leaders of relevant investment and development enterprises, combined national policies that attach great importance to the travel and tourism industry, and they implemented the “Framework Cooperation Agreement ”，signed by WHA and Haikou Municipal People’s Government.The WHA formally signed the Cooperation Agreement with Boya World Investment Company. The signing of the cooperation agreement was highly recognized and strongly supported by the local government.
The main content of the cooperation agreement is:
1,Co-invest with the local government to create the Cultural Tourism Complex with Iinternational Standards and Ecological Feature.
2,The main content of the project including International Health Caring and Recuperating Base, Ecological Culture town, Intenational Education College,“Sea Silk Road" Culture Demonstration Zone, WHA China Headquarters Base, World Hotel BBS Permanent Address,China Xiangdao Cultural Museum, Island Characteristic Hotels and Qiongzhou Qtrait International Vacation Demonstration Zone and so on.
3,The project covers an area of about 4500 mu, and the total investment of the project is about 8 billion yuan, which is divided into three phases. It aims to become the key support project of the people's government of hainan province, the national culture and tourism department.
4,The project investment company will work together with domestic and foreign professional large enterprise groups and set up 'Boya Tianxia Investment Group in due time.
5,This project has already launched up-front work in 2017.
6, Xiao Hang took charge of Hainan Boya World Agriculturalnvestment Co., LTD as chairman, Wu Junlin was appointed as vice chairman and President, Huang Chao-jun was director, and vice president.
