二、我們在海南打造一種融海濱度假、休閑旅居、文化集聚、時(shí)尚辦公、康體娛樂、生命回元的極具吸引力的復(fù)合型文旅綜合體項(xiàng)目，這種項(xiàng)目在“新冠病毒疫情”之后一定是更有市場需求和競爭魅力的，因?yàn)樗炔皇菃我坏亩燃倬频辏膊皇菃我坏挠螛穮^(qū)和傳統(tǒng)意義上的文化旅游景區(qū)。
三、我們做的是旅游業(yè)“新物種”。“復(fù)星旅文”上市以后，其發(fā)展思路非常鮮明。我們開始創(chuàng)立一種“3F”項(xiàng)目理念，即我們的“FOLIDAY”，這種理念涵蓋Family、Friend、Fun的一站式全球旅游生態(tài)體系，它將更能符合新經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和社會(huì)發(fā)展需求，更能符合未來信息產(chǎn)業(yè)革命和智能科技時(shí)代。
四、我們不是房地產(chǎn)公司，那種一味在海南投資房地產(chǎn)的企業(yè)是很難做下去的。未來的海南是需要國際性的“全球命題”的市場牽引帶動(dòng)性項(xiàng)目，海南的自然資源稟賦很好，一定要做具有世界級(jí)前瞻性的文旅綜合體項(xiàng)目。
五、我們愿意和世界酒店聯(lián)盟結(jié)合，并形成長期戰(zhàn)略合作，我們歡迎“世界酒店聯(lián)盟全球總部基地”和“文旅國際峰會(huì)暨世界酒店論壇”大會(huì)擬定期定址在三亞亞特蘭蒂斯綜合體項(xiàng)目中。
六、關(guān)于2020下半年的“文旅國際峰會(huì)暨第十三屆世界酒店論壇”大會(huì)我們可共同努力把它舉辦好，三亞市政府是支持這個(gè)活動(dòng)的。只要三亞市政府和海南省政府部門大力支持我們來共同做好世界酒店聯(lián)盟全球總部基地和“峰會(huì)及論壇”定址總部落戶是沒有問題的，這兩個(gè)概念你們可以考慮放在我們二期項(xiàng)目有關(guān)功能區(qū)塊中，我們的二期項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃是今年九月份開始動(dòng)工。

1、Today, we just signed a contract with Sanya Municipal government, 1900 mu of land opposite to Atlantis Sanya as the second phase project. The total investment of the second phase project is 24 billion yuan. "The construction of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port is an unprecedented historic opportunity, and Hainan is expected to become the most attractive investment area in the whole world. We will further strengthen the layout of Hainan and enhance our leading power in Hainan's tourism industry. At the same time, we will use the advantages of group internationalization to promote Hainan to the world. The club med is the top tourist destination of Sanya Atlantis Hotel, which provides tourists with one price all inclusive leisure vacation, has achieved nearly 70% occupancy rate in recent two weekends, higher than the best level in the same period last year.
3、What we do is "new species" of tourism. After FOLIDAY went public, its development ideas were very clear. We started to create a "3F" project concept, we called "foliday", which covers a one-stop global tourism ecosystem of family, fun and friends. It will be more in line with the needs of new economic restructuring and social development, and more in line with the future information revolution and intelligent technology.
