云南海埂酒店管理有限公司（簡稱：云南城投酒店）為云南省城市建設(shè)投資集團(tuán)公司（以下簡稱云南城投集團(tuán)）的全資企業(yè)，統(tǒng)籌管理云南城投集團(tuán)旗下所有酒店項目，是云南城投集團(tuán)的酒店統(tǒng)一管理平臺。
         云南城投酒店作為云南城投集團(tuán)大休閑板塊的重要組成，自2008年集團(tuán)旗下第一間五星級酒店北京新云南皇冠假日酒店開業(yè)，云南城投酒店陸續(xù)在昆明、西雙版納、騰沖、玉溪和上海等地投資建設(shè)，與洲際酒店集團(tuán)、希爾頓酒店集團(tuán)、悅榕酒店集團(tuán)等合作開業(yè)7家高星級商務(wù)及度假酒店，投資總額達(dá)到70多億，為云南省引入第一家“洲際”品牌酒店和第一家“希爾頓”品牌酒店，并協(xié)助管理云南城投集團(tuán)控股酒店18家，正在建設(shè)的與國際酒店品牌合作項目達(dá)12家。
         云南城投酒店與多家世界一流的國際酒店管理集團(tuán)建立起穩(wěn)固的合作關(guān)系，已是悅榕集團(tuán)在中國最大的合作業(yè)主。并在云南城投集團(tuán)2016年6月成功控股成都會展旅游集團(tuán)后，使云南城投集團(tuán)酒店與洲際酒店集團(tuán)合作的酒店增加到9家，成為洲際酒店集團(tuán)在中國最大的合作伙伴。
