為了更好地貫徹落實中國中央政府“一帶一路”全球發展戰略，給世界旅游經濟提供良好驅動和新的發展機遇，由聯合國經濟和社會事務部歐洲經濟研究院、世界酒店聯盟、法中文化交流促進中心聯合創立的“國際旅游與酒店聯合總會”計劃2018年在中國北京設立總部（籌備期一年），該“聯合總會”是聯合國經社部領導下的全球旅游和酒店業的非政府組織，目前，在聯合國體系框架內各項批準手續及有關法律性文件已經完成和齊備。
國際旅游與酒店聯合總會總主席由聯合國經濟和社會部主任、聯合國經社部歐洲經濟研究院院長多米尼克（法國）擔任，共同主席分別由世界酒店聯盟主席吳軍林（中國籍、兼亞太區主席）和法中文化交流促進中心主席蔡垂彪（法國籍、兼歐洲大區主席）擔任。
國際旅游與酒店聯合總會三位創會主席多米尼克、吳軍林、蔡垂彪及其助手和團隊二十余人將于七月十二日飛抵中國�？谑�，共同出席“第五屆世界酒店聯盟大會暨第十屆世界酒店論壇”，三位主席將和中國政府有關方面領導在“大會開幕式”致辭，并向全球隆重宣布“聯合國經濟和社會部國際旅游與酒店聯合總會”正式成立。屆時，將有200多家中外主流媒體進行重點采訪和集中宣發。
聯合國經社部國際旅游與酒店聯合總會將向全球選聘董事、副主席，亞太區董事、副主席，亞洲區董事、執行主席、副主席，以及大中華區董事、執行主席、副主席等高層負責人。“國際旅游與酒店聯合總會”歡迎全球國家和地區，特別是大中國地區政府旅游業管理部門和大型旅游投資開發集團、大型酒店投資集團等企業進行廣泛深入的合作。“聯合總會中國總部籌備辦公室”設在北京國際飯店1588室。

Give Chance to the World----the International Federation of Hotel and Tourism(FIHOTO) will Set up a Headquarter in China
In order to better implement “the Belt and Road Initiatives” global developmental strategy of the Central Government of China, provide a favorable driving force and new development opportunities for World Tourist Economy, the International Federation of Hotel and Tourism(FIHOTO), which was established by INSTITUT SOCIAL DE FRANCE ET DE L’UNION EUROPEENNE of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs(UNDESA), World Hotel Association and France and China Cultural Promotion Center, plans to set up a headquarter in Beijing, China in 2018(preparing for one year). The “federation” is a non-governmental organization(NGO) of global tourist&hotel industry leading by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. Procedures for approval and related legal documents in the systematic frame of the United Nations were all ready at present.
Mr. Dominique(France), head of UNDESA and dean of its INSTITUT SOCIAL DE FRANCE ET DE L’UNION EUROPEENNE, will be chief chairman of FIHOTO; while Mr. Wu Junlin(Chinese nationality, chairman of Asia-Pacific Region as well), chairman of World Hotel Association, and Mr. Bernard SOK(French nationality, chairman of European Region as well), chairman of France and China Cultural Promotion Center, will be co-chairmen of FIHOTO.
The three chairmen will fly to Haikou, China in July 12 with their assistants and work teams, a total of more than 20 people, to attend the “5th World Hotel Association Conference and the 10th World Hotel Forum” jointly. The three chairmen will also make speeches on the “oping ceremony of the conference” together with related leaders of Chinese governments, and announce the formally establishment of the “International Federation of Hotel and Tourism” to the world. At that time, there will be over 200 Chinese and foreign mainstream medias to make important interviews and focus on its advertising.
FIHOTO will recruit board director, vice-chairman, board director and vice-chairman of its Asia-Pacific region, board director, executive chairman and vice-chairman of its Asia region and Greater China region from the world. FIHOTO welcome management departments of tourism industry, large-sized tourism investment and development groups and hotel investment groups from all over the world, especially from Greater China region, to cooperate with us deeply and widely. “The preparatory office of FIHOTO’s China headquarter” is in No.1588 of Beijing International Hotel.
