為了順應新時期大政方針需要，更好地推動中國文旅產業發展，在國家“文化和旅游部”成立之際，由世界酒店聯盟和潤地利科技實業投資集團聯合組建的“文旅國際酒店集團”日前在北京開始籌組，辦公總部設在中國北京，并以世界酒店聯盟中國華東示范基地之“潤澳花園大酒店綜合體”項目（由潤地利科技實業投資集團投資約30億元人民幣）為起點進行集團化運營管理發展，并致力在主題精品酒店、五星級特色酒店、小型奢華書院酒店，以及酒店旅游文化綜合體等方面進行產業鏈投資管理業務，該“酒店管理集團”將進行一系列高水平整合運作，執行公司為“文旅（北京）國際酒店管理有限公司”，注冊資本金1000萬元人民幣，由世界酒店聯盟主席吳軍林兼任董事長、總裁，由潤地利科技實業投資集團董事局主席、世界酒店聯盟副主席王和平兼任投資合伙人。該“酒店管理集團”籌備成立情況將在今年四月“世界酒店聯盟主席團工作會議”上進行具體情況說明。
