A New Joining of WHA for Zhao Guoxiong and Yang Xiaoxuan
After thorough discussition, we invite Zhao Guoxiong to be our adviser in World Hotel Association. And the staff has been slightly augmented, Yang Xiaoxuan will be executive vice president of World Hotel Association. They are in office for three years. 云南省城市建設投資集團有限公司成立于2005年4月28日，是在深化投融資體制改革背景下，經云南省人民政府批準組建并授權的城建投資項目出資人代表及實施機構，是全國唯一一家非平臺類“省城投”。

Yunnan Provincial Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. was established on April 28, 2005 in background of deepening investment system reform. It is an Urban Construction Investment Project with the capital provider approved by the People's Government of Yunnan Province set up the implementing agency, and also is the only non-platform of “City Investment”.
Yunnan City Investment Group adheres to “government leading, market mechanism, and enterprise operations”, insisting the development path of innovation. It creates a good layout with good urban development, town environmental planning, health and leisure, and financial services. Those is based on the core of city operation, determining it’s position accurately on market development, resource integrating, capital operation as well as policy implementation. The company fulfills it’s social responsibility carrying out the projects of “Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center”, “Haigeng Conference Center” and a part of work of construction and demolition of college in Kunming, those are the provincial key projects with the characteristics of “ urgency, difficulty, unusual and importance”. And there are also some other duties as requested for it.
