中國五星飯店未來發(fā)展的新趨勢

縱觀中國高星級飯店和飯店集團(tuán)的發(fā)展,最大的變化是經(jīng)營管理理念的變化。這些理念和意識的變化,會在很大程度上影響著中國高星級飯店的發(fā)展趨勢。
      Currently in a few of central cities including some areas not very rich, construction of the high stars hotel is the first choice when facing to the situation of opening up and new hotel constructions, and in the lodging facilities who don’t plan to participate in the evaluating work, the noun star is also often used. Meanwhile, foreign brands like hotel investors and hotel management companies are focused on China hotel industry in the pace of China reformation and opening up procession. Until the end of 2007, 41 international hotel management groups, 67 hotel brands which managed 516 hotels, including the top ten management groups has entered China. Moreover, China high stars hotels have been taken into account to the vision of the international management companies, and some international hotel-chain located themselves in the stars level in China while medium level in their homeland. From whatever angle, 5-stars hotel is acting and will act as the leading role in the development of China hotel industry in a long time in future period.
     The biggest change is the management idea in China hotel with more stars and hotel groups which will have an impact on the development trend of high stars hotel industry in a large extent.

      自1988年中國旅游飯店星級評定以來,高星級飯店的發(fā)展一直受到各級政府和業(yè)界的關(guān)注,其關(guān)注程度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過了對這些企業(yè)乃至行業(yè)的本身。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,1991年中國正式評定的五星飯店只有21家,占中國星級飯店總數(shù)的2.5%, 其客房數(shù)占星級飯店客房總數(shù)的比例接近9%。到2007年,中國的五星飯店達(dá)369家,占全國星級飯店總數(shù)的比例為2.7%,客房數(shù)占其總數(shù)的8.7%。如果將四、五星級合并起來,2007年的比例分別為14.5% 和30.1%,1991年的數(shù)據(jù)分別只有為8%和21.8%。當(dāng)然,2007年相當(dāng)于高星級飯店的住宿設(shè)施數(shù)量還相當(dāng)多,這個統(tǒng)計并沒有包括進(jìn)去。眾所周知,目前在一些中心城市,包括一些經(jīng)濟(jì)并不發(fā)達(dá)的城市與地區(qū),一旦考慮對外開放、考慮旅游業(yè)和飯店業(yè)發(fā)展時,首先考慮的是高星級飯店的建設(shè),而且一些沒有評星或不準(zhǔn)備評星的住宿設(shè)施中,準(zhǔn)五星、超五星成了它們的代名詞。與此同時,在中國改革開放的過程中,國外投資商與飯店管理公司對中國的飯店業(yè)非常感興趣,到2007年年底,已有41家國際飯店管理集團(tuán)、67個飯店品牌進(jìn)入中國市場,管理了516家飯店,世界排名前十位的國際飯店管理集團(tuán)均已經(jīng)進(jìn)入中國。而且,這些國際飯店集團(tuán)非常看重中國的高星級飯店,一些國際飯店聯(lián)號,在其本土所經(jīng)營管理的飯店品牌原本是大眾型的、中檔的,而進(jìn)入中國之后則升格成為高檔,甚至是五星的。無論從那個角度來說,五星級飯店,應(yīng)當(dāng)是中國飯店業(yè)發(fā)展的旗艦,在引進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新飯店管理與經(jīng)營理念上,在中國飯店業(yè)的發(fā)展中一直發(fā)揮著排頭兵的作用,恐怕在未來相當(dāng)長的一段時間內(nèi)將維持這一狀況。
