　　Ricky Lim, who joined the Universal Marble & Granite Group Ltd. in March, 2003, has been engaged in the stone material industry for 23 years. He said UMGG has a good technical team and a management team; they finish some specific and classic projects every year; the annual sales keep steadily. As the Board Chairman of UMGG Chu Wing Kui is titled as the “father of Distinctive Shape”, UMGG employees integrate the artistry into the stones, revealing the worth of stones by evolving the stones to artistry.

　　UMGG was established in Hongkong in 1987, and moved to China mainland in 1991, located in Chang’an, Dongguan at last. At Dongguan, UMGG developed into the biggest decoration stone processing factory in China; expended as a way splendid like fiery trees and silver flowers; continuously presented achievements in Beijing, Shanghai, North America and Middle East districts, etc; launched the engineer package service which combines the marketing, production, processing and worksite. “From integrate to enhance”, as the main director of UMGG’s overseas market, Lin Qingshan’s words present he’s persistence and passion to this industry. He uses compare-and-contrast visual threshold to display the differences about the processing between home and abroad, and show us the difficulties and happiness of the work.
